The screen will soon start showing different geometric shapes (stimuli).
Your task is to click on two target stimuli:
All other stimuli should be ignored.
The color of the stimulus is irrelevant.
Click on a cell to select a stimulus. Click the same stimulus again to deselect it. The stimuli will change continuously over time.
The approximate duration of the task is just over X minutes.
As the demonstration mode is on, the target stimuli will be displayed in a different background color.
Because you use colors in research, in rare cases, this color can overshadow target stimuli.
Application settings:
Task time in minutes:00:01:00
The real execution time of the task will always be longer than set, depending on the delay of your web browser for real time.
The size of the raster depends on the size of your screen. You can change it manually, but test the selected raster first. We recommend that you manually adjust the raster size according to the screen size you are using. Set the maximum window size before starting the task. Avoid resizing the screen during a task. For P-type stimuli, the magnitude of the stimulus is inversely proportional to the raster size. Caution: for M-types of stimuli (moving ball) if you set too large a raster size, the stimuli will be almost static because there will not be enough free space to move the ball. If, on the other hand, you set the raster size too small, the ball will move too slowly, so in some cases the user will not have enough time to detect the target M-type stimulus.
Raster size:
Note: This task always displays 50% of the target P-type stimuli and 50% of the target M-type stimuli.
M-type target stimulus = horizontal movement (left-right) of the ball inside the cell.
P-type target stimulus = triangle.
Stimulus generator type:RandomLeft-RightUp-Down50% of the target stimuli will be in the left half of the screen. The other 50% of the target stimuli will be in the right half of the screen.
If you use a full random color option ("Full random color" option), there is always a very low probability that the stimuli will not have sufficient contrast to the background. There is also a low probability of interference with some of the default colors used by the program (for cell selection and display of target stimuli in demo mode). The application ignores colors when calculating dependent variables.

Summarized results:
Total = Total number of target stimuli displayed (1st row)
Detected = Total number of correctly detected target stimuli (2nd row)
M-targets = Horizontal movement (left-right) of the ball inside the cell (dynamic stimuli M-type)
P-targets = Triangle (static stimuli P-type)
Left, Right, Up, Down = Screen locations where the target stimulus is displayed
Total-targets = Total number of target stimuli displayed in the task
The percentage of points scored (green) in relation to the maximum possible number of points in the task is shown. Total range: 0%-100%.
