Duration of visual stimulus

A simple visual stimulus of the variable display time is displayed on the screen. The task consists in estimating the length (display time) of the previously displayed stimulus (black square). The display time is controlled using animation frames.

Descriptive and inferential statistics (probabilities for bivariate correlation) are printed at the end of the task.

A limited number of settings can be changed within the application.

Software requirements (all these):

• any web browser with support for Window.requestAnimationFrame() callback method. See browser list: here.
• any web browser with support for ES6 classes: static. See browser list: here.

The application has been tested on the following web browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Edge, Opera (Internet Explorer 11 is not supported). We mainly develop all our web applications in the Firefox browser. Therefore, generally speaking, the new version of Firefox is always the most secure solution for reliable use of our web applications.
